When the job requires, we can apply our laser geometry system. It is used to measure; flatness, straightness, level, plumb, parallel, concentric, and perpendicular. Our accuracy is exceptional! Diesel or natural gas engines are also evaluated and set using our laser system. |

A prime application of this system is in the alignment of the travel of the crosshead in a reciprocating compressor to the bore of the compressor cylinder. It is absolutely the best manner in which to align the cylinders of the compressor to the crosshead. Our computer program will generate a printout on the spot if so desired.

If you need to have sole plates set flat and all on the same plane, we can accomplish this either by using our LASER system, or our optical system depending upon the accuracy desired. |
