We have the know-how, equipment, manpower, and desire to align any rotating equipment; ANYTIME, ANYWHERE. Using LASERS, OPTICS and TOOLING BALL methods, we can perform hot alignment measurements. With this data, we can determine acceptable ambient alignment targets. Multiple case trains are also aligned using our techniques and personnel. We can supervise your personnel, or actually align the machine. Just point it out to us and let us align it.
Using tooling balls to gather hot and ambient data, permits us to measure and monitor the movements of each of the bearings of the machine, WITHOUT STOPPING THE MACHINE OR INTERFERING WITH OPERATIONS! |

This not only permits us to capture the movements caused by thermal changes, but also those movements caused by process forces when the machine is operating at designed loads. If hot indicator/LASER data is taken when the machine is stopped, the movements caused by operating forces are lost. A true hot position is only captured when the machine is operating.

Most of the shaft alignment performed uses LASER equipment, however, there are some units that still require the use of dial indicators. We employ indicator reverse, two indicator, dynamic to static, and reverse face methods of shaft alignment. Cooling tower drive shafts require the application of dial indicators.
